1. Scope and Provider
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all usage possibilities and services provided via the MicS-Digital website, in particular for the photo sharing service "Moments Recap".
2. Service Description (Service "Moments Recap")
The provider provides a web-based application that allows event organizers to create digital photo albums via QR codes or links. Guests of the event can upload photos to this album without prior registration.
3. Obligations of Users and Copyrights
3.1 The user bears sole responsibility for all content uploaded by him/her.
3.2 It is strictly forbidden to upload content that violates applicable law.
3.3 By uploading a photo, the guest grants the organizer the right to use this image within the framework of the event album.
4. Availability and Liability
4.1 The provider endeavors to ensure continuous availability of the service.
4.2 The provider is not liable for the loss of data (e.g. deleted photos).
4.3 The provider expressly distances itself from the content uploaded by users.
5. Deletion of Content and Blocking
The provider reserves the right to delete content immediately without giving reasons or to block access to an album.
6. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
